Once we have a plan in place, my team and I can manage the entire listing preparation process. Homeowners can stay involved as little or as much as they would like.

  • enlist from our network of trusted service providers

3. STAGING
High-quality staging is one of the best things you can do for your listing and has a very high ROI. It creates buyer connection, maximizes highest use design potential, and elevates the aesthetic quality of the home.

We refund part of the staging cost back to the seller at closing (in the form of a closing cost credit). 

For homeowners planning to live in their home while it is for sale, we help you design-in-place to be listing-ready with existing furniture & decor.
